My Educational Philosophy

My educational philosophy is to make a difference in a child's life. I believe that children are gifted and all he/she needs is for someone to polish them. I believe that respect and honesty are needed in the classroom to obtain the most of the outcomes of learning. I believe that respect is something that each individual gains overtime, if you want to be respected; you first need to learn to respect others. I believe that communication is the key for a successful learning environment. The instructor and the students need to feel communication between each other to achieve the classroom objectives. Each student is different and for that reason each student learns in a different speed; therefore, my job as a teacher is to reach each of my students needs. It is important to create an environment in where my students will feel secure and where they will gain interest in learning to reach their goals in life. Lets give our children an environment full of experiences in which they can be rewarded at the end.
